General Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all rental agreements between the property owner (“Landlord”) and the tenant (“Guest”) for the property located at Partida Tosal de la Cometa 1F, 1504 with zipcode 03710 in Calpe.
2. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment or deposit as agreed.
- Payment must be made within the specified time frame stated in the booking confirmation.
3. Deposit
- A €150 deposit is required. This will be collected via an application.
- After an inspection of the property and inventory you will be reimbursed no later than 7 days after check-out. This ofcourse if no damages were found and/or extra cleaning was necessary.
4. Rental Period
- The rental period starts on and ends on the dates mentioned in the booking confirmation.
- Given check-in and check-out times must be respected as agreed. Unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy stated under 'Cacellation Policy' on this website.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- The Guest must treat the property with care and respect.
- Any damage caused by the Guest will be charged accordingly.
- The property must be vacated in clean condition at the end of the rental period.
7. Liability
- The Landlord is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
- The Guest is responsible for their own insurance coverage.
8. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain.
- Any disputes will be settled in the competent court of Calpe/Denia.
9. Privacy
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
